My cousins parents applied for her petition in October 2010. Her parents live in the US and she is currently in pakistan, she was not able to come since she was over 21 so they filed her petition. Her petition was approved 2 years ago and I assume I am supposed to check the priority dates through NVC? The part where I am confused at is that I checked the processing times (see attachment) and it is showing that F2B current date for processing visas is 15AUG10. Does it mean that since her petition was filed in October 2010 it should be current soon? I do not really understand the dates. Any help will be great.
