I spoke to NVC this morning and my Packet 3 was sent back to my attorney because a mistake was made on
OF230 part 1. The lady told me that once the mistake was corrected, NVC would process in the order it was received and depending on case load.
Does anyone knows if it means that I will have to wait another 6-8 weeks for re-processing (my packet 3 was received on August 14, 2000 and precessed on September 20, 2000) or would they process it as soon as they received it since my file is already open?
By the way, I will CP in Montreal.
