Hello ,
I have two questions regarding the process ,
1- My wife will start filling the I-130 form this week , My name in the passport is : Tamer Ahmed Moawad Mohamed Shehata ,
however I want his greencard to be : Tamer A. Moawad
If we wrote on Last Name : MOAWAD , First Name : Tamer , Middle Name : A.
and on Other names we wrote the full name : Tamer Ahmed Moawad Mohamed Shehata
is this correct or there will be any problem ?
2- My wife plans to leave US and sell her house and live with me for a year until the visa is issued and we return together , would this make any complications for the visa ?
