Hi,
I was joined one company at India as a software engineer and then got promoted to senior software engineer and started performing managerial activities like resources interview , resource hire, resource allocation, supervisor for my team of size 10 and they were reporting me, so my internal title was Reporting manager even though organization designation was senior software engineer. Then promoted to lead and performed same managerial activities.
I was holding lead positon for 7 month on outside of USA and then come back to USA. then got promoted to project manager and performing same managerial activities that I used to perform from India.
I have spent 4 year at USA and out of which holding Manager designation since 1 and half year. I wanted to check I am eligible for EB1 or EB2?
