Welcome letter delay

Hi Forum members,

I am a newbie here. Now that my priority date has become current in the May bulletin (dates for filing of applications), would like to ask any of you to comment on why it is taking so long to get our welcome letters. It is already the end of April and not even people in the month of July 2004 seem to have got the welcome letter yet. Any idea why it is surprisingly so slow even though the filing of application dates have moved to December 2004 ?

My priority date is in September 2004.

Interview scheduled but didn't receive IL

My sibling's PD is Mar 2 2004 for F4.
Will it become current in June bulletin?
When will the interview be scheduled in NEW DELHI.
My nephew just turned 21 in feb 2018 but F4 case was approved in 2009(5 years later). HIS DOB Feb 20 1997. He is 21 and 2 months old.
Will he qualify under cspa for the visa and do we need to send anything to nvc or consulate regarding his age etc. His name was included in welcome letter and invoice etc. We paid the fees and The case was completed at nvc in april 2016.

I called NVC and they gave me a Interview date for June 4. When will we receive the IL via email? Thank you.

This is my projection for this FY. You can see that I got 7 correct calls (in greens) out of total 10 till now (result can be confirmed by VB movement or Monthly released data in orange). Three bad calls were marginally off if you see reds in the table and compare to actual result. Do I care about it? No, because It?s just marginally off from my numbers. Important thing is to know where are we heading with current trend.

I have decided to sign off on these tracking stuff, as I will be done sooner with petitions I am helping. Hence, I decided to layout broad prediction (ranges) till end of the year. Well, I could be marginally off on some calls but it would not be significant difference.

Also, If you see, I readjusted my numbers for April and May, because of one off call on VB movement and overlooked F3 numbers situation (which I explained in one of my previous post).

I also have vision on how F4 India should move next FY. I conveyed cryptic message in one of my this month?s post.

I will come back late October to see how many other greens I have. And based on how many people are following this thread, I may start my calls again. But frankly speaking, I don?t see India F4 people following this thread.

Yes both me and my petitioner got it . U might get it in a couple of days or so. Might not be in any particular order . Obviously all those whose priority dates are current for filing of applications might get it with in a time frame . Iam not sure , just guessing

Address change and CSPA name change

Hi forum members,
Could any of you please guide me on a couple of issues related to my filing of applications
First one is about the address change . Though Iam an F4 India applicant , I don't live in India (since 20 years) I had written to NVC regarding my new residential status back in 2009 when my case was approved and they responded saying they have processed my enquiry etc . But just now when I received my welcome letter the case number again shows the first three letters as BMB **** *** . Doesn't it mean Bombay? Why is it so?
Or is it there any form to do the address change ? Only then it will be accepted ?
Or is it that when we fill the I- 864 form there is a place to give our mailing address and when we enter our current mailing address it will automatically be updated so that all my future interview proceedings will be directed to to the consulate in the country iam residing right now?
The second query is about my son who is a CSPA candidate. His name was changed in between. His name is different in the birth certificate and passport. So how do I go about tackling that along with the CSPA thing when I correspond to NVC ? So when I mention to them about the CSPA child how do I manage to get the name problem also corrected ?
Iam really concerned how this can be done

Any one with F4 Priority Date between 16th March 2004 to 31st March 2004, Please reply in case of any one receives IL or got verbal confirmation of IL by NVC.
