Call NVC. You will definitely get IL. Till 26 the April many people get IL over phone & sfrom some of them gets starting mail from NVC also. So, call NVC & ask for IL. You will get it.

In My What's app group One person get IL. PD is 26th April 2004. Category F4 India. Interview Date is 17th Oct. So, three week confirm. Let's see how much more movement happen this time.

Yes there is person with PD 3rd may. But not call NVC for IL. So, we have to wait couple of days. Today is NVC close. As soon as I get any info I will share it.
