Gurinder, I got email today afternoon, but I called NVC yesterday and that's when they gave me the interview date and time and told the email will come within 2-3 days (I got the email today).
Try calling NVC at the earliest, they work from 5 PM to 1:30AM IST.

Mine is Mumbai embassy.
