Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.
I have couple of more questions for you.
my immigrant visa application has been refused under section 212(a)(5)(A).
and the consul officer has sent back my file to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services in the United States for revocation consideration.
1) please suggest me what to do now?
2)what is this section means do i still have a chance to get visa?
please explain me i would be very appreciate it. waiting for your valuable suggestion.

I us citizen since 2006 and I have filled petition for my daughter as unmarried status in 2004 when she was became widow. After that she get married in 2004 and was divorced in two years in 2006. Now once she got her visa interview her file voided due to section 212 a 5 a.
My daughter is divorced and have two young son and she has no support in INDIA so what I can do for her immigration status.

212 a 5 mean you are married time of petition filed.so you not eligible for visa

212 a 5 mean you are married time of petition filed.so you not eligible for visa
