I got married in US. My wife did not change her last name to match my last name. I am from India. The marraige certificate (given by a US county) still has her full previous name. I am going to do CP in Chennai. Will there be a problem? Should she change her last name to match mine?

Not a problem. Immigrant visa and GC would be issued in her maiden name which is fine.
