    Urgent Help: H4 to F1

    My Husband H1 is planning to change his employer from A to B. And I 94 expiration is till 2019. My husband have an issue with his current employer. But i want to apply H4 to F1 now. Do i have to wait for new receipt number for my spouse and my self. Is it mandatory to provide pay stubs for H4 to F1 COS.

    How long does it takes to approve H4 to F1 COS.
