I140 was approved as "outstanding professor or researcher". I have filed an I-824 to switch to consular processing. There are 3 different processing times (California Service Center) for I824 divI, I824 divII, and I824 divIII. Until last month it didn't make much of a difference. The latest processing times however are very different for different divisions.
(divI 04/29/00 ; divII 04/13/99 ; divIII 02/27/98) .
What division is my petition in? What are the different I824's?
