Can interview location be changed?

Hi All,
My parents are waiting for their interviews to be scheduled in Bangladesh. However, I am expecting my first child in a couple of months and was really hoping that they could visit me soon. I called NVC today and they said that there is no timeline for when the interview might be scheduled (it has been 2 months already since i received the "all documents received" email). The thing is, my parents already have tourist visas that they can use to come visit me. Does anyone know if it is possible to change to interview location to a US location instead of the consulate if the applicant is in the US on the scheduled interview date?

For Consular Processing, you need to interview outside of the US.
