Completed status at Consular Electronic Application Center but no interview

I looked at the Consular Application Center and it says it is complete, i haven't receive any letter from NVC, my other son (The 3 of them are currently being petitioned) has already his appointment for the interview on August, i wonder what happened , their papers were process at the same time, what does it mean? thank you in advance

I would recommend called the NVC and asking about not having received a letter for your other son. Their ph is:

Wait on hold for 45 mins or so. Someone WILL pick up at the NVC. I have called them numerous times
