I had submitted the i-601 and i-212 permission to reapply to re-enter the usa.
Now our cr1 visa interview is scheduled in 3 weeks at the us embassy overseas
and I'm not sure if we should attend the interview or delay until the 601 forms are approved?
Would the embassy deny the visa and make us start all over when the 601 forms are approved, or ask to come back when they are approved, or issue the cr1 spousal visa but would still have to wait for the 601 approval?
I tried calling uscis, nvc and embassy and no one can provide a clear answer on what to do...
