Police clearance certificate for Indian National who worked in Malaysia in 2007-2008
My case is with NVC. They have reviewed the documents and have sent the comment:

We cannot accept the police certificate document you sent. You must send us the correct
document so we can continue to process your case. To see the guidelines for your document,
go to our website at
http://travel.state.gov/contenthttps...y-country.html. Enter your country
of birth in the box at the top of the page. The next page will be your country's "reciprocity
schedule". Click on "Police, Court, Prison Records" on the left-hand side. This will take you to
a page with the exact requirements for the type of police certificate you must submit to the
NVC.
We are Indian Nationals. My husband worked in Malaysia from May 2007-Dec 2008. Currently, we are living in South Africa.
My hubby submitted a police clearance certificate from Malysian embassy in South Africa.
We are stranded now.Dont know how to proceed further.
A police clearance from Indian embassy in South Africa and a PCC from south Africa also has been submitted.
Anyone who has encountered a similar situation, please help.
