Help filling DS-260: Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?

I am doing consular processing in Berlin. My husband lives in the US and he will be doing adjustment of status as derivative beneficiary after I arrive there. While filling the form I got stuck in a question "Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?". Should I tick YES or NO?

When I ticked "NO", the next question is "Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?"

Is it YES or NO?

If anybody could help me in this matter, I would be very much grateful.
