Stuff needed for AC-140

Guys I guess here is the list of all documents. Please let us know if we need anything else:

1. Attorney certified copies of the complete I-140 petition filing
2. Original I-140 approval notice (I-797, Notice of Action)
3. Addendums to I-140 (if any)
4. Cover letter
5. Proof that you qualify for the consulate you are applying.
6. OF-169 signed by primary applicant with case # empty (not for dependants)
7. OF-230 Part1 for primary applicant and each dependent who will immigrate with the primary applicant
8. Copy of email/fax received from US consulate in Mumbai regarding their policy on AC-I140.

Is packet 3 also a part of it.... sorry for my ignorance.

Additionally, I stayed in Thailand for 2 years 92-94. Do I need any police verification from them or from India ?

Is packet 3 required !!

Yes, I went thru the list and was still confused. Can someone tell me if I need any additional stuff. Specifically, do I need packet 3 to be filled out and sent with the bunch ?

Packet 3 comprises 169 and 230 - so you already have them included in your list.

Sending these forms now saves you time later.
