Process for Uk resident married to a US citizen

I am from the UK and married to a US citizen. We are currently living in the UK and are now looking to move to the states.

Please can anyone advise me on the process and requirements to allow permanent residency in the US.

If you are a UK citizen and are already married to US Citizen or soon will be, you will become "immediate relative" in the lingo of U.S. immigration law. You may receive a green card as soon as the two of you successfully complete the application process.
