consular processing or adjustment of status

Hi:

My I-140 is approved at CSC under Employer
Based EB-2 category. I am trying to figure
out if I should choose Consular Processing
or Adjustment of Status. Consular Processing
seems like taking 6 months vs AOS taking
2-3 years. Although disadvantage of
Consular Processing is pointed that there is
not any appeal process, I believe AOS would
also be denied under the same basis. I
do not think it will make much difference
to appeal to INS, either. What do people
choose between Consular Processing and
Adjustment of Status?
