Hi :
My wife came to the US by J-1 visa and later her company file GC under L-1 visa, but put her as wrong job title that then they withdrew the petition to cover their asses. My wife lost her job at the same time.
They decided to file GC application for me which is straight forward (Software Engineer).
I understand that CP is filed on me. However, would my wife's visa status (J-1 to L-2, and currently H-4)would complicate the consulate documents review process and the interview ?
