Hello,
I am a US Citizen and marrying in India to an Indian Citizen next year. My fiance will be in India for a week so we can do court marriage. She will be going back to Australia to finish up her Bachelor's and she will be graduating in July of 2018. My questions:
Can she do her medical and interview in Australia? Does she have to come to India for this?
How long does it take to get interview call, once I-130 is processed?
Can I get my "No Objection Letter" notarized here in US or do I have to do this at US Embassy in India?
Is "No Objection Letter" compulsory for civil marriage?
What documents do I need for civil marriage in India?
