I need help as I am doing the DS-260 application. I am a US Citizen and filed for my daughter residing in Africa when she was 19 but now 22. She was a teen mom and when I filed form I-130, I did put her daughter who is my granddaughter. The petition was approved and is with NVC and my daughter is now 22 but I am getting confusing information about her daughter not immigrating with her. Efforts to have an infopass has proved futile as there no open dates available. Now, since she was mentioned on the form I-130, do I continue to put her name down on the DS-260 or would that pose a problem? I am really trying not to make any mistakes after coming this way. Please help! I am really confused as whether to leave her name out at this stage or put her on the application. Rayb and Newacct, please help and anyone else familiar with this. Thank you 🙏🏽
