Time for New Delhi to acknowledge acceptance of AC

I sent my original I-140 approval notice and AC-140
package sometime back to New Delhi for consular processing.

First, will New Delhi embassy acknowledge receipt of
these documents ( say on email addr I provided ) ?

If yes, how much time do they take to acknowledge whether
they will accept my case there or will not accept ?
I sent all the documents mentioned on this site for
starting the process ( 230, 156 ) along with the package.
