4 years left on H1, is CP advisable?

First of all, let me congratulate all of u for making this board highly informative.

Q. I have more than 4 years left on my H1 and have my I-140 approved in the EB2 category. As i understand from all the discussions, CP option is suitable for people who have gone through some hardship. In my case it is difficult to justify hardship. I am tempted to go for this option, but am not sure if it will be accepted, can some of you pls. comment?

You don't have to prove any hardship. Just go for it.
