Hi all!
Hope you can shed some light on my situation.
I applied for an immigrant waiver last year Via my Husband, with one UK caution from 2013 for a UK class B drug. and one absolute discharge for Cannabis. Both the previous offences resulted in no fines or sentences of any type.
This was ALL disclosed in my initial waiver package, which came back APPROVED, in mid September 2017 after an RFE in August 2017.
I got booked in for a second interview at the US embassy , and the Consulate officer seemed to imply that the waiver only covered one item on my record , I told him I had fully disclosed my entire record on the waiver, to which he said he would need to talk to the local police force in London and would need my authorisation which i supplied. At the end of the interview he gave me a 221G, pending discussions with the police force and the results of my medical which was due to arrive at the embassy the next day,
The waiver approval notice I received clearly states that the waiver covers ALL GROUNDS of inadmissbility in my application.
Any thoughts appreciated!
