H4 - DNA test method from / for Chennai consulate.

Pls someone can tell me what is the method to get DNA test myself (here in USA) and 2 kids (in India). I need to know in particular, that any specified doctor available to handle this case in Chennai, India. Consulate asked to prove that my kids are mine. Immediate help would be highly appreciated. What about the birth certificate of your kids? Is that not acceptble to them?
