I also got my I-140 cleared and CSC has sent it to NVC for CP in New Delhi. If anyone gone to New Delhi for CP , please respond. This will help many of us.

There are is a rumor that Delhi has stoped CP. But since you have got yous send there, it means they are still doing. Can you give some more details about when you had applied and EB1/EB2 and stuff. this will give me some idea. Mine I140 was applied in 2/12/2000 under EB2.

The rumor is regarding Delhi not accepting AC-I140 (which has not been confirmed, anyway).

IMHO, I believe all consulates accept immigrant visa applications - so an app via the NVC route is always possible.

I don't know who is spreading this rumor.

It is written by someone whose AC I-140 was not accepted because of some reasons applicable only to him and he has been spreading the rumor that New Delhi is not accepting AC I-140.

Please note that New Delhi is accepting AC I-140.
