Need immediate help

If my latest H1B approval notice is misplaced or not found what will happen. My I-140 is approved for CP.
Is there any way out ?

Contact your employer/attorney. They may have a courtesy copy of the Approval notice that you could use. If nothing else, they should have copies that they made of the original application form, the LCA and the approval notice.

PS: I am not sure what happens when leaving the US, if you have also lost your current I-94 though (which would have been part of your H1 approval notice).
