CP in Toronto

Two questions:

- Can I do CP of my I-485 from Toronto ? I've seen conflicting messages on the board on this.
- I am a Canadian citizen born in Pakistan. Can I do my CP from Canada or do I have to do
it from Pakistan ? ( I've read that the consulate in the country of birth has jurisdiction for
CP)

As you are Canadian Citizen, you can go to Montreal for CP (No one can do in Toronto).
