Affidavit of Support

Hi,
I have CP interview scheduled in next month. My marrital status is married. I have question on line 10 of Affidavit of Support form.(That I have submitted visa petitions to INS on behalf of following persons) Do I need to state my spouse name in line 10 or not. I am married after applying for I-140 and I have also applied for AOS for me and my spouse.
