I got my I-140 Approved last year through self petition of EB-1A. I got busy so just applied it after a year. I've paid the fees and submitted my visa application. Couple of questions
- Do I need to submit police certificate and civil documents for self-petition as well for me and my spouse as well ?
- Do I need to show the financial support or as well if it's a self-petition ?
What are the other steps now and what are the timelines on Montreal processing ?
