My 485 was filed in nov 99. E3 category.
Anticipating a delay I filed for CP via 824.
INS overlooked my case and finally transferred it to NVC in early July 2000.
We did not receive any question regarding pending 485.
Any idea whether 485 is considered to be abandoned.
OR.
how INS would handle this case should it pick up my 485 file during course of time (assuming ofcourse I haven't reached the interview stage as yet in CP) ?
