We got letter from embassy in November 2016, for interview will schedule soon , but till January 2018 we not getting any reply from USIC so please please tell me where will be interview schedule , and visa approval date is july 2009 so i will eligible to go with my parents or not?

Whether you will be eligible or not, you need to provide exact details like your date of birth, your priority date, Petition approval date. So one can help you calculate CSPA age.

Kartik is eligible as of today. His CSPA age is 20 years 5 months and 28 days.

if his PD doesn't become current in 6 month (by July 12-14), then only considered aged out of CSPA.

Sorry got my dates wrong. Yes Popat is correct. You will age out in 6 months.
