F1 GC Counselor processing

Hi All,
My green card is in the process through my husband’s employee. I was on H-4 visa first and then I have converted my visa to F1. Currently I am working as an Intern. I haven’t gone to India after I have converted my visa to F-1.
Do you guys think I will have any problems during counselor processing interview?
Did anybody face same situation before?

Hello,

My wife and I are in a similar boat. She is on an F1 while I am on an H1 and we were wondering if there are any risks in going for Consular Processing in Chennai, India. My lawyer said that there is a slight element of risk, but I am not sure. I would greatly appreciate if you could share your experience.
