Item 20 of DS-230(part 1), help please

Hi all,

In item 20 where you mention all the places you lived earlier, do I have to mention the place where I lived during my education.

I was away from my home town in a hostel for 4 years during my Engineering, do I have to mention this ? Also will I be asked to produce a PCC from this place ?

Any help will be appreciated !

PCC from every place I lived at?

I have lived at several places in India on job. Do, I have to get PCC from each and every place???
Or would one PCC from Indian Consulate - Chicago, and one from my native place would suffice?
