Review time at NVC

NVC Review done but please help me regarding infor on Marria

Hi Guys ,
Just an update.
My review was done on march 25th .It will noe take 2-4 weeks to reach the consulate(Mumbai)
NVC received packet 3 on 26th feb
packet 3 mailed to st.louis on feb 15th.
I have a question i will really appreciate if any one can give me some useful input.My lawyer has ZERO knowledge in this.

Can i do a court marriage after the interview.If so what is the procedure to include her name so that we both can enter the US.If i do a court marriage than Invitation card and photos will be a problem.How can i prove to them that its a valid marriage.Some where i read that they ask for photos and card.Please give me some infom.Any one please.I am in deep trouble because of this

How do i get an affidav. of support .I mean notarised when i am in india.

Chennai received my case

I received an email from chennai consulate today, quote
"When the interview is scheduled, we shall let you know."

so that means that my case is there in their system and they have not scheduled the interview dates for May.

Should I send PCC along with my packet 3 to st.louis?

Hi

I have few questions...
(1) are both local PCC from india and PCC from US consulate required or only the PCC from US consulate will suffice?
(2) Should I send the PCC along with my Packet 3 application to St.Louid or is it required only during the interview process at the consulate?

Recd mine too ( I called) but "Your interview has not yet been scheduled .. will take about 8~10 weeks ...."

NVC reviewed my case in 1 month

Hi guys,

I mailed Packet 3 to St. Louis on March 5( by speedpost of USPS).

It was reached to St. Louis on 6th March.

Money from money order was encashed on March 11 by St. Louis NVC.

Today (april 02), I called NVC, New Hampshire (603-334-0700) and asked about my Case #. They said, it was reached here and entered in database on March 29.

It is reviewed on March 29. It will be forwared to Mumbai consulate in 2 to 4 weeks and will be informed to lawyer.

So, in total NVC is not taking more than 1 month.(Packet 3 mailed to Case Review). My service center is NSC.

NVC to Mumbai leadtimeto schedule an interview

Does anyone know how long it takes for one to get an interview from Mumbai consulate for CP from NVC?

NVC told me that they sent the approved papers to Mumbai on July 24th by Diplomatic Bag.

Mumbai consulate website says that they schedule interviews around the middle of each month for the following month.

Assuming my case reaches by July end, can I expect an interview date in September.

Any experience of calling 3637407, 3637408 and getting a response?

NVC received Pkt 3 on Sept 16th.
Can people share their progress here?
What is expected time to review by them?
When should I expect interview? I am for delhi.

NVC review time

NVC received packet 3 on July 26th. They completed reviewing it on 9/11. As per their standard response, they shall be sending this to mumbai in 2-4 weeks' time. No idea how long I have to wait after this.
