How did you find out when the review was complete? NVC received my docs on June 13. I called them today and the lady said review will take about 6-8 weeks and after that consulate will be notified.

Your doc review seems to have been completed in less than 10 days. Did NVC tell you that review is complete?

Yesterday I called NVC asked about my P3 review they said the same story 6-8 weeks and then they will forward to consulate. My p3 was received by NVC this June 13th.

I called them up and they told me that the review is done and everything is okay and they will forward the case with in 2 weeks to the consulate.

Thats a real good news Singla Sahib, So you are all set now. Cool! So in nut shell it will take about 3 weeks after St Louis for your case to reach Delhi.

I just called the NVC and they told me that my case got mailed on June 27 th to New Delhi. When do you think I can expect a interview date. Can I request them to put me on a specific date/period like end of the month. Any input would be a great help.

Can you please tell what the NVC recorded message will say once they send the ACL(Agent choice letter). When I tried to call they are still connecting to the operator. When will the recorded message change.My I -140 was recieved by NVC on July3rd .

Case Reviewed on July 18

Called NVC today 07/24.
The case review was complete on 07/18 and the NVC operator said it will take 2/4 weeks for the information to reach Chennai embassy.

In all it took 35 days for the review process.

I am hoping I will get a September appt.

Just a heads up:

Case has to reach the consulate before the last week of the month to get the interview in ** month or else you will get +2 months.

So, if ur case reaches chennai by jul25 then you can expect it in September

Say if it reaches chennai by jul30 then you can expect it only in October.

Similarly your interview date will only be in the third or fourth week of each month if it is an employment based case and u are currently in USA.

I got an email from Delhi consulate. we need only one PCC from the Indian consulate in US. Nothing else to worry.

when did nvc receive your case and when did they send to consulate. are you going to delhi.
nvc received my case set 16th. i do not know when will the interview be.

Chennai Consulate replied to my email indicating 'interview likely in Dec.'
