It is the number in the EAD card. It is in my practical training EAD card. -
If you have never applied for I-485, or you have never been student (hence never received work permit), you don't have A number. You can leave it blank.
If you ever had A number, you would know about it how you got it. In that case, you can put it.Immihelp Support

Since I am a student and i do have Optional practical training card. Do I have to mention the number on my OPT card. (DS230 partI, 25)
