Dear Friends,
On Feb 12th, 2018, USCIS accepted my I-824 on my approved I-140 (PD:January 9, 2005/EB3/INDIA) for consular processing of immigrant visa in my country. Since my PD was current few years ago or already passed,
- can I request USCIS to process my I-824 on an urgent basis?
- how much time these days I-824 is taking @Nebraska?
- can my request to expedite I-824 processing be heard at Congressman and Ombudsman offices?
I believe, if USCIS approve my I-824, NVC will process my case ASAP due to my already passed PD. Your thoughts are very much appreciated.
