    Need Advice

    I would like to inquire about our situation.
    I am on H1B visa and am in the US. My wife is outside the US and she has a pending EB3 petition. I am her dependent and the I-140 is already approved.
    Once the PD is current, do I have to go back to my home country for consular processing, or can I file for AOS instead?
