Questions on filling form I-134:
* The form says you have to fill one for each person. My wife and 4 year daughter are in USA on H4. Do I need to fill seperate form for my daughter?
* Do I mention their names in 8? (There are already here and I am supporting them)
* When should I notorize them. Just before sending them to St.Louis or I can do it in advance. May be a month in advance?
* What supporting documents are required along with I-134. Does someone has format to share?
