Anyone got their packet 4's from Chennai Consulate for interviews scheduled in October?
My interview is on Oct 25 and am waiting for Packet 4.

My interview is scheduled on 22nd October at Chennai consulate and I received my Packet4 on September16th to the Indian Address that I mentioned in a email I wrote to them on September 10th.
Even if you have not received your packet4, there is no reason to panic. You can email them, and find out. They are very prompt in replying.
One of my friend had the same problem, his interview is scheduled on 23rd Oct. and he had not received packet4 so far. The consulate people asked him to take a printout of the appointments page, which displays his name and case number, and bring it along with him.
