My priority date is current now. My I-140 was approved in June-2008 after I returned India in Jan-2008. Since then I have been working in same profession in India. My employer who had sponsored for my GC has closed his business sometime in 2010. So my sponsoring company is not existing anymore. Under such situation, can I go for Consular Processing for 485. Is there any attorney in India who can help me during CP. Though I know my attorney in US who filed my GC. Just checking if I can be still hopeful for my GC.
