Petitioning for my mom
Hello: I am a US citizen & petitioning for my mom who lives abroad. I was asked to provide RFE on February 6th by USCIS. My deadline is May 3rd. I responded for RFE with all required documents on March 6th & I received status update from USCIS that they received my response on March 13. Me & my mother also went for DNA testing voluntarily to proof our mother daughter relationship via Lab Corp. The result came out positive 99.96%. Lab Corp confirmed they sent USCIS the result via overnight mail (FedEx) & it was received on March 22nd. Now my question is how long should I wait to get a response back from USCIS for final decision? My Priority Date for I-130 is July 24th, 2017. Please let me know.Thanks
