How long are Indian PCC valid?

I am expecting my interview for CP at Montreal in Dec. I already have Indian PCC from April.

Can you tell me if the Indian PCC is valid for 6 months or 1 year.

Validity of Indian PCC

I too got my PCC in April here in US, and my Interview would be in December in India. I got a reply from US Consulate in Chennai, India that PCC's are valid for one year from date of issue. I am not getting a new PCC.

I also got a response from Montreal Consulate. They said, that If I haven't visited India after I got the PCC, then it will be valid.
