Hello,
my wife lives with an H1B in the US. A green card application has been made (EB-3, E31). I will listed on the I-140 as a Dependent. Because I live in Germany, the consular processing should be done for me.
If the green card categories are "Current" petitions I140 and I485 can be submitted at the same time. That was the case with us too. Now I have 2 questions:
1. If both petitions simultaneously or successively processed?
2. Can we start the Consular Processing for me after the approval of the I140 petition? Or do we have to wait until my wife's I485 has been approved?
