Shifting from I485 to CP - help needed

Hi, I need advice for the following info.

Category EB3/RIR
I485 filed: Apr 25th
EAD Approved : June 20th
Center : Texas service center
Current Processing Date : 08/10/2000

I'm thinking to shift my processing to CP at chennai. So I came to know that I need to file I824 form.

I need you'll advices on this process...

Anybody out there in this type?

And also is it good decision for me to approach at this stage?

Please read the CP success at Bombay in AUgust.
I did AC 140 processing. What it means is to reverse the 485 to CP stage in the least time, Only thing your home counsilate should allow that. Bombay does. Check for AC140 on IMMIHELP site, and see if your consulate accepts AC!40. If it does u will be done with GC in 3 months starting from the day your papers are sent.
