I was in Ireland for three years until July 2017. Then moved back to the US and joined a company in Aug 2017.
Now, my 2017's W2 shows a gross pay/wage of 30,000 (for the work I did from Aug-Dec) and my annual income is 72,000. Do I still qualify for i864ez?
My reasoning for me being eligible for i864ez is that the W2 income, even though a part (Aug-Dec) of my annual income, is above the Poverty Guideline (125%). And I will also be sending my 6 months' pay stubs (Nov to Apr). What do you guys think? i864ez or i864?
PS - Joint sponsor ain't an option at the moment.
