What after L1?
Hi All,
I am very new to this forum.
Country : India
Recently my employer offered me in company transfer to US office from India. This means I will have to file for L1 visa along with my wife(L2).
We plan to work in USA for around 3-4yrs before returning to India for family commitments.
What are the options available to me?
Is it possible to extend L1 for 4yrs? If not what do I do after 3yrs completion of L1?
