Hello, All,
Currently I am going through the EB-3 GC route via consular processing. We are now waiting for the I-140 approval, submitted approximately 2 weeks ago with premium processing. My wife and I are living in Windsor, Canada and I am commuting every day to Michigan on TN status.
My question is regarding our living situation. Do we have to be already living in the US when it comes to our consular interview? Our plan is to move over to Michigan as soon as the GC is approved after interview in Montreal, but I have read that they mail your GC to a US address. How does this work? Any advice is most appreciated.
